This Signature Edition is a collaboration with the famous Finnish chef Sasu Laukkonen. This winegum has a slightly sour taste of citrus combined with the fresh taste of the shiso leaves. A delicious taste with lots of depth and fullness.
Sasu Laukkonen's statement about the taste...
"The Japanese yuzu is an incredible citrus fruit. The taste is both complex and easy on the Nordic tastebuds. The shiso leaves have a light and fresh flavour and has a very rich umami taste, and in combination, these two flavours make a full and aligned taste experience of sweet and sour."
The Signature series is an exclusive and limited collection of winegums developed in collaboration with some of the best chefs the world has to offer. Talented personalities, that are working with taste experiences every day - exactly like we do ourselves. We are inspired by flavours from all over the world when we develop new products, and because of this, it is a given that we collaborate with chefs, that are not solely from Denmark, but from all over the world.
Our Signature Series has allowed us to help those in need since we launched the collection in 2015. Sasu Laukkonen has chosen to support World Central Kitchen with every product sold. World Central Kitchen is dedicated to providing meals to populations in crisis-affected areas. For every tube sold, there will be 0,5 euros donated to World Central Kitchen. This applies to both "standard" and "small".
