How much do I need to buy to get free shipping?
If you buy for 500 ex. VAT and excise or more, you get free shipping. Once you've added items to your basket, you can click on "basket" and see at the top if you've got free shipping. If not, it will tell you how much more you need to spend to get free shipping.

If you buy for less than 500 ex. VAT and excise, you pay €10,50 for delivery.


I have placed an order – what happens now?
First of all, thank you for your order. We look forward to packing and shipping your items.

We will email a confirmation of your order as quickly as possible, so it is important that you have entered your email address correctly – as well as the delivery address, of course, so we can deliver your order to you.

Once we have packed your order, DSV or GLS, responsible for transport and delivery, will collect the parcel from us. You will then receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package. Go to GLS Tracking or Go to DSV Tracking.


When will I receive my order?
We do everything we can to deliver your order within 2-4 business days from ordering.

Please note: During very busy periods, in the event of acute illness in our packing centre, internal parcel handling problems at one of our partners responsible for transport and delivery, or similar, longer delivery times may occur.

I haven't received a tracking number or my goods - what should I do?
If you have not received a tracking number or your goods within 4 business days, please contact us by sending an email to retail@wallyandwhiz.com so that we can find your goods together.

NB: Please also check your junk email/spam filter to see if our email should have ended up there.


My goods have been damaged in transit - what should I do?
If the shipment and your goods were accidentally damaged during transport, please contact us by sending an email to retail@wallyandwhiz.com as soon as possible and within 3 business days of receipt with the following information:

  • A photo of the box your goods arrived in
  • A photo of the shipping label on the box
  • A photo of the damaged good(s)
  • Your order number

We will follow up immediately and make sure you receive a replacement as soon as possible.
