  3. Agree to our terms and conditions and then proceed to checkout. 
  4. Fill out your email address, name, company name, delivery address and mobile number.
  5. Choose your preferred payment method.
  6. Double-check your contact information. Please ensure that we have the correct email address and delivery address.
  7. You can now complete the purchase.
  8. Once the purchase has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

All prices are ex. VAT and excise.

There is no surcharge for purchasing at www.wallyandwhiz-retailer.com.

The purchase amount is not charged to your card until the order is dispatched from the warehouse. No amount larger than the amount you authorised at the time of purchase can be withdrawn from your card.

All prices are listed in Euro ().

We reserve the right to change prices without notice, however not after a purchase has been completed.

There is no VAT refund when shipping to countries outside the EU.

Goods to addresses in EU countries are sent by GLS.

Delivery time

We do everything we can to deliver your order within 2-4 business days from ordering.

Please note: During very busy periods, in the event of acute illness in our packing centre, internal parcel handling problems at one of our partners responsible for transport and delivery, or similar, longer delivery times may occur.

Tracking you order 

 As soon as your goods are on their way to you, you will receive an email with a tracking number from DVS/GLS. And once your goods have been delivered to your chosen address, you will receive another email from DSV/GLS. The second notification will be a confirmation that your goods have been delivered.

Complaints

When shopping at www.wallyandwhiz-retailer.com, you have a 24-months right of complaint under the Purchase Act. This means that you can either get an exchange, a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen from misuse of the product or other harmful behaviour or storaging. You must submit any complaints "within a reasonable time" after having discovered the defect(s). If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely. Please send an email to retail@wallyandwhiz.com as soon as possible. We will process your complaint as quickly as possible.

Returns
You must return the products to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You are responsible for all direct costs related to returning the products. When returning the products, you are responsible for ensuring that they are properly packaged. You hold the responsibility of the products from the time of delivery to you until we receive the products. You lose your right of cancellation if you break the seal on the product.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund the full amount including (reasonable) return freight costs. Remember that the product must be returned in proper packaging and to keep a receipt of your freight costs so we can refund them.
